Why Loic?

Coaching is a well known, powerful and effective approach to growing leaders. The coach facilitates the leader’s learning through listening, questioning and occasionally guiding the executive. The coach does not provide answers to the leader but draws out insights, thereby supporting the leader with personal discovery and facilitating problem solving. Why the Impactful Leadership Model

Loic leverages the Impactful Leadership™ methodology for a structured approach to coaching and mentoring. It has been used to coach over 75 CEOs and founders since 2021 and shared with over 750 other leaders in multiple leadership development programmes, including being taught in the MBA programme of the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
